The AC3PDMX ACCU-Cable 3′ Long 3-Pin DMX Cable from American DJ is useful for short DMX runs when daisy chaining units together. It uses 3-pin XLR connectors, which should not be confused with standard audio cables, and is designed for permanent installations where the cables will not be repeatedly patched and repatched as happens on a set or location shoot.
